Ganji is said to be hooked up to IV tubes in the hospital, from time to time, but he doesn't eat food yet. his health condition hasn't improved and he is under tight security control 24/7; he has been even threatened to death by the Prosecutor, Saeed Mortazavi. he has explained many things including his current appalling situation in a letter (in Persian) to Mr. Montazeri in response to his request to end the hunger strike.
